1.1. Your RoomNATE monthly subscription grants access to our online services for a recurring fee, as indicated during sign-up.

1.2. Your subscription automatically renews each month, unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees and will notify you in advance.

 

2. Payment

2.1. Provide a valid payment method (credit card or other acceptable method) and authorize us to charge the monthly subscription fee.

2.2. Fees are billed in advance monthly and are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for partial months or unused periods.

 

3. User Accounts

3.1. Create an account with a valid email address and secure password.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and activities that occur under your account.

3.3. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use or security breaches.

4. User Conduct

4.1. As a user, you agree not to:

a) use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes;

b) engage in activities that damage, disable, overburden, or impair services or interfere with other users;

c) attempt unauthorized access to services, accounts, systems, or networks;

d) share your account with others;

e) violate applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

5.2. RoomNATE may terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breaches of these Terms.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time, providing reasonable notice. Continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RoomNATE operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
